Qingdao University is recognized as a prestigious institution with a history rooted in exploration and academic collaboration across China. The university traces its origins back to the German High School of the previous century, established through the cooperation of Chinese and German scholars. In 1990, the institution began to be known as Qingdao Medical University, Qingdao Normal University, and others.
